Requesting a Refund

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with the service you have received from an Advisor in one of your sessions and would like to receive a refund, please follow the steps below.

To request a refund, please send an email to within seventy-two hours (72) hours of the end of the session and include the session's date, Advisor name and the fee charged for the session, as well as an explanation of why you are not satisfied with the session.BT will review your request. BT reserves the right to offer a refund in full, in part or to not issue any refund.
