Browsing Our Site

  1. Use the top navigation to browse our different Reader categories. Click on the image logo of a Reader to view a Reader’s full profile details.
  2. Use links in the footer (bottom part of our site) to learn more about us, or to review our “Terms of Use”, “Privacy Policy” and “Refund Policy”.

Becoming a Member

  1. If you currently do not have an account, you may register by using the “Sign In” button located at the top right of our site. Enter your email and a password to create an account.  Once you are registered, the “Sign In” button on the top right of the website will change to “My Account” where a drop down menu will become visible.  Use the “My Account” button to access your Session Activity (history and details of chats & calls), Billing Activity (history of charges issued), Message Inbox (your messages and responses from Readers), Profile Settings (manage your account preferences), Submit Tickets (request assistance), and Logout (sign out of your account).

Using the Service in Three Steps

  1. Click the Chat and/or Call button next to the reader you wish to communicate with whereby you will be directed to a payment form for entering your billing information (if you haven’t done so already).
  2. Once payment information has been entered, you will be directed to the start session page where you will be prompted to select how you would like to pay for the session and provide communication details (if starting a phone session).
  3. Use the “Start Session” to begin your chat session –OR- “Connect me to the Psychic” to begin your call session.

Please note: To begin using the service and communicate with readers, you must first become a registered member on Beacon, enter your billing information, and agree to our “Terms of Use“.  Readers that are currently unavailable will be indicated by a “Send Message” button next to the Reader whereby you may use this option to contact the reader to determine their availability.

Payment Options (Choose one of two available payment options)

  1. Pay as you go: Customers are billed at the end of their session. The amount billed is the equivalent of the per-minute-rate of the Reader multiplied by the number of minutes a session lasts.  Please note: All sessions are billed to the nearest second (not rounded to the nearest minute).  Prior to initiating a session, Beacon Truth will issue a pre-authorization on your credit card for a minimum of $25.00 to ensure that funds are available, and is not an actual charge.
  2. Pay using Beacon Truth Dollars: Beacon Truth Dollars are created by adding funds to your account whereby every dollar you credit to your account is the equivalent of “one” Beacon Truth Dollar. Beacon Truth Dollars are an easy way to fund your account in order that you may enjoy psychic sessions without having to always specify a payment method beforehand, and provides a way to set a hard limit on the length of your session duration.  Costs for sessions are deducted from your Beacon Truth Dollar balance.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) .

How do I know that I got my free 3 minutes?

The 3 minutes will be deducted automatically from the cost of the session with your reader and your billing will begin at minute 3:01. Your Session Activity log will indicate that the 3 Minute Free Promo has been applied during this session.

How do I choose the right Reader?

Each of our Readers have a specialty and a bio that explains their particular skills and gifts. We recommend that you browse thru the site and read the bios of the Readers you may be interested in. And remember, your first 3 minutes are free, so if you choose a Reader that you’re not connecting with you can choose another and not get charged for the first 3 minutes. If however, you decide your Reader is not right before the three free minutes is up, your remaining time is not carried over to another Reader.

How do I know my Credit card information is secure?

Your trust is paramount to us–and that includes safely securing your data. That is why we do not store your credit card information on our own servers. Your credit card information is always transmitted via  Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology — the industry standard for secure online transactions– to our payment processor,   Since 1996, Authorize.Net has been a leading provider of payment gateway services, managing the submission of billions of transactions. How much do you charge?

Each reader charges a different amount per minute which is listed under under their profile.

Will a Reader keep an eye on the time and let me know how long we’ve been talking?

If you just want to talk for a certain amount of time, tell your Reader at the beginning of your session and they will do their best to let you know when you are approaching that time.

If I’m not happy with my Reader can I get my money back?

Remember your first 3 minutes are free, however if you’re not satisfied for any reason, please contact us at to tell us why your were unsatisfied and we’ll review your case within 24 hours and get back to you.  A total, partial or no refund at all will be determined by the management team at Beacon Truth based on all available information.

If a Reader is not available when I log on can I leave a message or schedule an appointment?

If a Reader you choose in not available, it will be noted under their profile picture and you will have the ability to send them a message. They will reply to you as soon as possible to coordinate a time to speak.
